Soko Odzic founded The Tree Specialists in 2005.

Raised on a tobacco farm in North Queensland, Soko developed a strong work ethic and a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and serving as an officer in the Royal Australian Air Force, he returned to his farming roots, producing mangoes and tea tree oil with his young family.

When market changes prompted a shift, Soko relocated his family to Brisbane in 2003 and began his journey into arboriculture. His dedication to his craft led him to becoming a qualified arborist, equipping him with the skills and qualifications necessary to advance in the industry.

Combining his engineering expertise, managerial skills, and practical farming knowledge, Soko has built a successful arboricultural business known for its professionalism and reliability. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, he leads his team in providing superior tree maintenance and removal services to the Greater Brisbane area.
